Complete Dunhill Collection

I’m selling a complete collection of the recently discontinued Dunhill blends on eBay. I’ll be straight up and say up front that the starting bid is $799. I intended to hold on to the baccy for a few years but for one reason or another I’m listing it now. I’m critically aware that I’m asking a lot, ...

Re: Am I Missing Something?

I scrolled down to the bottom of the listing, and he/she has a dozen or so similar listings. I suppose there’s no law against it. Caveat emptor!

Re: Latest Tobacco Purchase 2018

My big sis in London came through. It's not a pretty picture, but it completes the set.

Am I Missing Something?

Was looking on eBay to see how much a tin of Dunhill Elizabethan was going for, and I came across something which I find completely incomprehensible. Basically it's a few tins of discontinued baccy for $1,200. Am I missing something, or is this a massive ripoff? Check it out - https://tinyurl.com/ya...

Re: Sealed Bag Longevity Question

I live in New Orleans, a place that is known for its humidity. From what I've read, Portland, OR isn't in a desert climate. I don't pay any attention to jarring or storage. Where I live, the ambient air humidity takes care of itself. I keep my cigars in humidors but I don't fret over keeping my cig...

Figure about 3 g per bowl. A 50 g tin is probably 16 or 17 bowls.
That's 5.5 AUD which equates to $4 USD - That's beyond belief

Re: Latest Tobacco Purchase 2018

I'm green with envy because none of those blends are available here in Aus. thanks to our draconian plain packaging laws & outrageous taxes. (Now $88 for 50g. It will be $100 for 50g in a year or so) Due to my circumstances, I encourage those of you who still have choice at reasonable prices, t...

Re: Latest Tobacco Purchase 2018

For shame Well, considering how little I smoke, and how many other good tobaccos there are out there, it will most probably take me many many years before this lot has been smoked. If in 2028 I fancy sharing a few bowls of Night Cap with friends at the pipe club, or stuffing my pipe with a Navy Rol...
