Any particular tobacco you favor the most . . .

The 3 PS flakes. LTF, LNF, and LBF. Usually buy 5#'s of each at a time when on a good sale and try to keep around 15#'s of each in stock. Last buy was 240oz total for $280.00.

Re: Permanent Match?? Any experiences?

I had something similar to that 20-ish years ago. Fill it with regular zippo fluid and strike it on the flint on the side. It's basically a more dangerous version of a zippo lighter I had some years ago also which were like the square one pictured above. Were made of plastic and not good for a pipe...

Re: Wonder What it Smells Like

I had or still have one. Might be buried in a box some place around here from 40+ years ago. Nothing to write home about on its smell. Typical Avon product.

Re: Zippo question

Make sure you don't have a little piece of flint stuck in it. They can flip side ways and jam the wheel. Bang in down hard with the plunger out and see if a chip falls out then stick a thin rod like what come with a tamper up it and look for the tip to meet the wheel.

McB-GE in a cob. Amazing what 6 years of aging has done for this tobacco. Has nearly turned dark with age and tastes great.

Re: POY? ?

Maybe a PTOY? Kickin Chicken seemed like a great idea. My entire train of thought with a group "thing" is more about buying into the group a little bit more. Not a huge commitment like a market value Tom Eltang, but some little trinket my kids look at when I'm dead and go "Damn, dad sure loved thos...
