Real Men Don't Need No Stankin' Tamper

I've got enough pain in my fingers from arthritis and don't need anymore. I use a tamper.

@Try Cob Coconut Cake.

My goodness that looks good. Coconut cake was my late mother's favorite, as well as mine. My sisters always put a piece of coconut cake on her grave on Mothers Day.

Do You Have Prince Albert In A Can?

I buy PA by the tub because I think it tastes better. It's one of those blends that when you can't decide what to smoke, it fits the bill. It just has that nostalgic feeling for me. Try mixing a pouch of Prince Albert with a pouch of Carter Hall. Put it in a mason jar for a week. You'll love the com...

Middleton’s Cherry Blend Discontinued - Advice Needed

Pipes & Cigars sells a match for Middleton's Cherry Blend. I haven't tried it because frankly I don't care for anything cherry, but you may like it. Read the reviews at the site for help.

I'll let them completely cool and put them in gallon size zip lock bags and then into the freezer. I generally wind up with enough pe...

Down on AROS ? A possible tip for enjoyment

I didn't start enjoying aromatics until I started smoking them in cobs and meerschaums. Also I adjusted my puffing cadence and started smoking slower. The world of aromatics then opened up to me. When I smoke them in briars I've found their very pipe selective.

What Are You Smoking April 2020

Day 2 of my experiment with C&D's Gentleman Caller. It has a bitter taste from time to time and I wouldn't consider it an all day blend, at least for me. Has a better room note and sweeter taste then C&D Crooner and the Deer Tongue seems to be about the same in both blends. The bitterness is much l...
