my zippo is gonna blow up I fuel it, then whenever i flip the lid and light, the inside of the lid catches flame for a bit and it's a ball of fire, so i never put in too much fuel at one time this is my oldest zippo that has never gone back for restoration, it may need a different wick, not sure at ...

i did see this one earlier, I've had my eye on another CW, though, and can't say this would be it...
Will say, that is very unique to see a CW in that configuration, moreso in that also accommodates a 9 mil filter, sorry of no help
