During the isis/Syria war when Russia put a air/naval base in Latakia the news would put the emphasis on the "kia". Not saying its proper, just saying that's how the news pronounced the city's name.

I have the dregs of 3 pouches mixed together and stuffed in an old beater briar.

Battening down for winter today. Putting away A/C. Cleaning and prepping woodstove and chimney. I love autumn but there is always the thought of a long cold winter looming.

Last couple of years we have had a frost about now. This week is in the 80s. Ahhhhhh climate change. Thanks in part to cow farts and tobacco smoke.

I like an English well enough but when it comes time to fill the bowl I usually gravitate toward the burley blends. My favorite English blends are artisans blend, john bull and london mixture.
