Had a bowl of HH ODF in my mountain king stack while reading the papers. Now on a bowl of Byzantium in my #2 Iron Horse stack.

After dinner smoke is Stokebbye 314 Dark Fired, in my #1 Iron Horse stack. Not a bad smoke, even though it's primarily a blending tobac. Rather like a rougher tasting ODF. Glass of red plonk smooths it a bit.

Welcome aboard, but I can't help you with you tobacco question, since I never liked Royal Yacht. However, as suggested above, McB HH Old Dark Fired is a highly flavorful Va, and Dark Kentucky blend. Tastes like a seared steak.

Just finished a fine conversational breakfast with a friend of mine, talking about airplanes, politics and the parlous state of a lot of science. Smoked a bowl of HH ODF while talking, and now having C&D Byzantium in one of my Jarls.

Bowl of my Biplane Balkan III in my Iron Horse stack. This blend iteration is 45% latakia, 20 % McC Yenice Agonya, the rest DFK and red Va. Pretty good,as long as the Yenice holds out.
