I'm really new to pipe tobacco and have been reading, trying what I can, and here is my current list (in no particular order) that I want to try.

That's a good list. I've had a few of them. I had a list about 8 months ago. Now I have more tobacco than I know what to do with, which is still nothing in comparison to what I gather some folks here have. It gets addictive.

A lot more of the stuff I'm running low on that's out of production. And more Perique from McClelland, burned all mine up, it was a great addition to everything and quite good solo.

SP just recently listed a bunch of G&H back in stock, but as usual, it's being quickly bought/ hoarded up. Ennerdale is one of the two tins that are already gone. In saying this, I'm just pointing out that it'll probably be a while until you can get it at SP again.
They do have the Dragon Flake and Danish Mixture right now though.
