As a "Noob" myself I normally keep tabs open on the forum, Google, Smoking Pipes & Pipes & Cigars. The abbreviations sometimes get to me as well :D

is SPRT Burley forward?

I appreciate Burley only as a condiment.

It is burley forward. Flip the burley/Va ratio, and you get SP Mellow which is a Virginia blend with a little burley for body. I like them both.

A small forgotten section of my B&M. They have mellow and menthol. They are ordering me pouches of M79 and Amphora Va.
