From my grandparent's dug by hand doomsday root cellar, to my father's outrageous antique crystal collection, I have always enjoyed looking at glass, the older the better. Which is probably why, even though other shapes are more readily stackable, I use a lot of the Ball amber jars.

What's in your cellar?

A hodgepodge of clear glass “canning” jars and as noted above a few tins.

Ball jars (most of which I snag at the local thrift stores). A few Anchor Hocking clip-lid jars with rubber seals that Galpal didn't want anymore.
