I lost my original draft, so here it is again. My chinese covers work OK. However I have a couple of pipes that have chamfered fronts (Peterson ) for one.
I made this from a Baked Bean tin lid, now I've bent the front to cover the chamfer.

I've got too much time on my hands due to lock down !

If it works then that's all that matters. Also remember that zip ties come in handy too for when you break a pipe at the shank.

You should have patented this idea before you posted it in public. It's genius.

You should feel paranoid. I filed the patent papers in my name this afternoon. 8-)

Idle thoughts on new windshield:
Don't file & smooth edges.
You can use it to skin a deer.
If you get in a fight, you can cut the other guy to ribbons ! :)

We could sell these with boxes of band-aids. We'll make a killing!
