What Machine Made Cigar Are You Smoking Today? WMMCAYST™

Whalehead King

Capt. Black plastic-tipped vanilla cigarillo. It's okay.

Vanilla smell out of the foil wrapper. Palette note: negligible.

Smokes as fast as a cigarette. HTL wrapper and binder, if there is a binder.

The plastic tip is mightily soft in a clench.

I picked up a tin of Swamp Thang Sweets the other week. I wanted to see if they stood up to Swisher Sweets. They do, but I don't think they are twice the good @ twice the price. The picture on the tin may have had something to do with me wanting to try them, too.

Either way, they are tasty and I smoked one while sweeping the water off my drive. We moved recently, and I've never experienced clay like we have here in this part of central MN. Everything is a challenge when water doesn't drain into the ground. Especially in spring. Dig a hole and you have a dog bowl for a week.

My KY cheroots arrived just in time yesterday.

Five KY cheroots into tonight's project and I just crossed the 3/4 mark. These dry cured machine-mades are keeping me going. I'm like Mickey Spillane.

Smoked my last KY Cheroot today. Had to get a big old tree off my pole barn roof and the Cheroot was in my teeth while I cleaned up the saw afterwards. Recoil spring broke while I was up on the roof, so that baby idled for the entire job.

The cigar was excellent. Didn't break before I smoked it either!

There are few things so nifty as a box of fifty KY cheroots.

I'm smoking 2-3 a day. I better start rationing myself.

I got tongue bite from smoking Velvet bowl after bowl for a few days so I decided to give the pipe a rest yesterday. It's been Parodi KY cheroots since then and my tongue feels almost as good as new. It will be back to fighting trim by tomorrow morning I'm sure.

I'm glad I had these dry-cured Italian-style cigars from Pennsylvania on hand. 100% KY tobacco. Sho 'nuff.
