Ok. I am wondering what would be best for me as a pack a day smoker?
How much in one cig?
It's been a long time since I smoked a pack a day, but I'd suggest trying out the regular General pouches that you can get in gas stations(assuming you are in the US). General has a store locator on their site that will help you find some. The only reason I suggest this is that the experience is not for everyone, and this will give you a chance to try it out and see if you really like it before you dive in to ordering rolls of stuff from Sweden.

I use the Skoal mint Snus. It’s pretty good. I like it better than the camel and general. Those are the only snus that I can find local.

Tube Rose. I enjoy dipping dry snuff as well as snuffing it.

something happened to my palate and now two of my old standbys strike me as too salty. I've taken to mint in a big way, and the current regulars are Skruf Mynta and Skruf Bjornbar Fresh. I will say that Skruf has the best portion in the industry, very comfortable and non-abrasive but also big, and their tobacco justifies the extra expense because I can keep a Skruf in twice as long as any other snus before I feel the flavor has gone south.
