I have started smoking CBD ,or hemp flower if you prefer, for my bi-polar issues and pain in my hands and wrist's due to carpal tunnel syndrome from my 28 years at my job.
This stuff really helps with my problems. Anyone else using this?

I tried it for calming effect
I got nothing. No benefit or detriment that I could discern
I was putting liquid formula, sublingual, under my tounge
Have never smoked it
But many people are getting relief so it is worth trying in my opinion

I got a medical marijuana card a few years back because of my arthritis. Tried all the different CBD products from creams, flower, oils. Didn’t have any effect for pain. Ended up not renewing the card because it just didn’t work for me. Your probably getting a little THC with the flower. That’s a problem with a lot of medical CBD products.

A lot of the market has been flooded with CBD from industrial hemp, which is not the same as an actual strain of flower that's bred specifically for high CBD content.

Mrpipster, look into Trident if you can find it.

Good point
I got it from my doctor a few years ago, well before the current craze
I imagine it was primitive compared to what is available today
I will reconsider trying it again
But I will do my due diligence
Not interested in smoking it

The market here in Oregon is completely flooded with CBD products in every shape and form. I tried some pure CBD from a local place here to see if it would help with wicked migraines, and it definitely does have a relaxant effect without making you feel high or intoxicated in any way. This was important to me, as I have no interest in getting couchlocked and out of my head.. I have a loose enough grip on reality as it is - I really don't need any help in that department. Can't say it did anything for my migraines though.. My main problem with it is that to really reap it's benefits you have to be a continuous user, as it can(and did with me) cause significant rebound anxiety and even inflammation if you stop using it.

McChrystal's just released a CBD snuff in Germany and Switzerland.. which I will not partake, but made me laugh.

I tried sublingual CBD oil, but can't say it did much. Granted, I doubt I used it consistently and I had no issues other than normal everyday work related stress.

I tried it sublingual for Arthritis, but like others I found that it didn't help me any at all. I was using 3 drops at a time 3 or 4 times a day. I later read that maybe I should use 10 drops at a dosing. My wife uses it in a Vape for her Fibromyalgia and she says that it really helps her. I also tried the Vape without any results one way or the other.
