What I'm doing is sitting in a glider, drinking coffee, and smoking a pipe. I went to Busy Bea's Bakery and got a pack of day old cinnamon rolls and a pack of day old peach/apricot kolaches. I always buy the day old stuff.

That is super cool
You have been there, done that

Now I need a 2020 BMW F 850 GS
I have an R11GS too.
No doubt

Seems like if you do something
You do it 100%
An admirable trait
I was at the Last Frontier Rally in Wasilla, Alaska in 1995 (1994 maybe). The R11GS was being introduced to the American market at that rally. We all ooh'd and aww'd. The announced they would have test rides for a few people as door prizes. I was one of the lucky few to have my name drawn. I was startled by how much better it was on the bad roads, and the die was cast. I waited until the first few were coming out of warranty in 1998 and found a used one for sale in Deming, NM. I flew out to El Paso, and the guy met me at the airport to drive me to Deming. I rode it home.

Peach / Apricot Kolaches bring back wonderful memories. As a young lad, I would often accompany my uncle to the Sisters of Notre Dame Convent on Saturday mornings for various projects that needed completed. A few of the sisters were from the old country in Europe and baked peach / apricot kolaches for us.

Just a little bit of heaven . . .
