Been Zooming this afternoon. I have collards on the stove and burgers on the smoker. The commemoration for tomorrow is Monica, so my BLT (Blessed Little Thought) for the 7 PM service is about her tonight.

Taking the day off. Think I'm gonna head out for Indian food at some point. Been a while since I've had a vindaloo!

I have a pork shoulder on the smoker this time. We will be having some slaw to go with it.

Starter was tamatar ka shorba, papadums, then paneer vindaloo w/ plan naan, mango lassi to drink. Rasmali for dessert, with ginger chai. I'm a happy man. :D

Spent most of my free time of late learning about what my blood test results mean
Really drilled down on it
Now that I am pushing into my 60s
I am really woke on my health

Previously spent a huge amount of time on educating myself on macro and micro nutrition and exercise and weight loss

So what am I doing ?????

Just used the Instant Pot to make some Quinoa
I Heart my Instant Pot
Added carrots, nutritional yeast, hot sauce, tomatoes, parsely and cilantro flakes
Now for a one hour spell walking
And off to work untill 10 pm

All the discipline is paying off big time
Wish I would have done all this years ago
Live and learn

I threw away a deck of Tarot cards today. Right in the trash. No regrets.
