I'm feeling a little French today, with a chaser of show tunes:

Lol !

Greg hanging out . If Thor played guitar and was a bit down ... it'd look and sound like this ...

I live 5 or so miles from cooperhill Tennessee ( a spell or up yonder ) ... there's a law still on the books that a woman can't wear a red dress in public on Sunday ...

This song came on the radio when Mrs. King were eating lunch in our neighborhood restaurant today. When I noticed, I said, too loudly, "This is your theme song!"

I didn't mean to say it that loudly. Mrs. King went bug-eyed and slapped my fast hand.

Postscript: My grandfather was an appliance repairman. He went to people's houses to fix their washers, dryers, refrigerators, etc. One time, he told me a story about how he went to a house and the lady of the house led him to the kitchen wearing only a bathrobe. He checked out the garbage disposal and, when he turned around, she was holding her robe open, stark naked underneath!

Here is what my grandfather remembered about that encounter: "It looked like Conway Twitty was between her legs."

I didn't even know what that meant until I saw a Conway Twitty on TV. Oh! That's what she looked like!
