You've got good taste!

I was lucky, my highschool sweetheart who is now my wife, was into the aforementioned Love and Romance comics and was more than willing to indulge in the hobby with me.

That's a great issue.

Private Dogface talking to another soldier in their foxhole: "Ya know who started this darned war?"

Corporal Doughboy in reply: "Yeah, I blame Wildcat."

I started the Seven Days War and as soon as I hop in my time machine, I'm going to start the French and Indian War... There all done. Taught the natives how to scalp while I was at it too, pretended I was French! What a hoot!

Great Kirby art on that cover, you can see the direction his art was going to take in years to come. Great color as well. What megalomaniac kid wouldn't want to buy that!

Wish I could hop in the ol' time machine and grab a copy, but it's a delicately balanced contraption and any added weight other than me, a bag of Cheetos and few DM Honey Sport Coronas and I wind up who knows where and when! Sure I could loose some weight, but what's the fun in that!?! I tried going nekkid once... Remember Lady Godiva? That was me. Never again.
