Agreed! Some real tasty stuff.
Were you ever in politics? Contradicted yourself pretty quickly. And yes, Condor plug, in all it's bathroom cleaner sauced up Irishness, is real tasty stuff. Wish I had a whole tote full.
I'd make a horrible politician, just because I said it was tasty that doesn't mean that it's still overrated. Lol
Don't believe the hype!

"Sauced up Irishness" LOL How un-PC! Now c'mon, let's get our drink orders in before Curly McIrish hits the bar!

Well now, I just got a haul o' stuff in the mail from @Ruffinogold, and I'm blown away. Just completely gobsmacked! Here's what's in the pics below;

Pic 1- Sutliff White Burley Cube, MacBaren Symphony, Watch City Simply Red, China Black Vanilla, 4 cigars, 1 pack of White Owl Black Sweets, a pouch each of Villiger Jamaican and SV Black & Gold.

Pic 2- This is what I was expecting; Seven Seas Black. (But not this much! Holy Cow!)

This is how the PSF old timers seem to work; incredibly generous. I hope I can live up to it. Thanks, Mr Mayor! I'm just beyond words.

The simply red was gifted to me ... It's kind of McClelland like . I have yet to pop a tin of the sutliff red Virginia. I'm hoping it's more mcclelland like

You and TM are the ones that prompted me to try this again (after many years). Not at all what I remembered.

Oddly I am not a fan of this by itself but it does something magical as a top dressing to St. Bruno RR (that has been stoved and then re-stoved). Reminds me vaguely of Condor Mild from the past.

It's good stuff and I can see it used as a mixer. Now that I have a tub coming I'm gonna order a pouch of St. Bruno to try together. I used to have an overseas connection that I used to get my Condor Long Cut from but he dropped off the forum map... I never tried the mild but I love Long Cut.
