I like thin crust. Just had two slices of Sam's Choice thin crust pepperoni and it hit the spot. Was a Digiorno fan but somewhere along the way they messed up the sauce for me. Rather get a Pizza Hut thin crust but... I'm so po', I'm crying in my beer. Or would, if I could have beer. Grolsch was my favorite. Oops, wrong sub-forum, this is abuse, arguments are down the hall... No it isn't. Yes it is.

I will take a St. Louis style pizza over Chicago style any day. There is a place close to us where the owner's wife is from St. Louis so he tried to recreate St. Louis style pizza. It's a good, honest pizza pie. I don't bother to look at the menu anymore. I only order two things there: a wedge salad or a pizza.

I like a nice pan style pizza from time to time. Thin crispy crust is my go to. Ever had Provolone Cheese on your pizza? So creamy and tasteful.

I have not, but provolone is always welcome on my cheesesteak sandwich.

Well, look who's house shows up at 51 seconds in this video. They should have stayed at La Belle Esplanade, we would have sent them to much better po' boy places than they visited:

The original po' boy is a fried potato po' boy, a French fry sandwich served dressed: i.e.: with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and pickles.

I'm not really interested in talking about po' boys on the pizza thread, but I was looking for a video of "The Barge" which is Katies most famous po'boy sandwich and this video showed up and, since your humble narrator's inn showed up as an example of quintiessential New Orleans, I couldn't help but post it. The two women don't know New Orleans from their elbows, but that's how it goes sometimes.

You can always go to Liuzza's for the "frenchaletta." Now that's a sandwich that Italian chefs seek out when they visit this wonderful city we call home. New Orleans is a city full of surprises.
