I picked up some chicken kabobs and some angus beef burger patties at our local butcher shop after work today.
The season both of those and man o man are they good!
They of course will not tell me their seasoning secrets but, I wish I knew.
I am having a couple glasses of Salty Dogs right now but will switch to Old Fashoineds while grilling.
Grill well my friends!

I have to do some pulled pork soon...throughout the Summer, though, it is usually chicken.

We eat out most of the time as part of our job, so I don't do a lot of grilling. Frankly, I never have. I burn everything. That's the way I like it.

Put the Flay on that meat, Pip!

The only reason I know this phrase is because the TV is sometimes playing with the sound on at one of the bars I support.

Getting a little worried, down to only 40 lbs of charcoal...

It all turned out good. No need for other seasonings.

I'm not allowed to use my grill at home (apartment living sucks) but here's a 17lb brisket I threw on while camping
