I picked up some chicken kabobs and some angus beef burger patties at our local butcher shop after work today.
The season both of those and man o man are they good!
They of course will not tell me their seasoning secrets but, I wish I knew.
I am having a couple glasses of Salty Dogs right now but will switch to Old Fashoineds while grilling.

We eat out most of the time as part of our job, so I don't do a lot of grilling. Frankly, I never have. I burn everything. That's the way I like it.
