Mon-Fri, two chicken breasts and a can of baked beans.
Sat-sun, mainly bacon, sausage, hash browns and you guessed it, baked beans.

Toasted English muffin or wheat toast with a slice of ham , one egg and either American , pepper jack or Havarti cheese . Its my preferred breakfast and i probsblybhave it half the time . It was excellent this am

Today I had 2 fried eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, 2 pieces of turkey sausage and a little over 5 oz of roast pork left over from last night.

Homemade Crumpets with butter and Fig Preserves along with a side of Bacon. Eight O'Clock Coffee to wash it all down.
