Chicken vindaloo with homemade naan. Moving to a part of Arkansas where I cannot easily access Indian food has ramped up my skills in this department. Take that Star of India!!!

Was more of a lunch but it couldn't pass without being photographed and posted. Beer battered scallop taco in hand and a swordfish taco on the plate. From the blue water Cafe & fish market in San Diego

Kids want chicken and rice . Ill make a sauce for it ... probably white wine, lemon , garlic etc. ...
