I hope that you don't need it in a hurry.Bullwinkle wrote: ↑Thu Aug 22, 2019 1:10 pm I would take one of them, seal it in a PVC tube filled with synthetic oil then glue the caps on. Once I'm confident nothing is leaking i would cover it with spray on trunk bed liner.
Them buried it but not in my yard.

Well because when they come to collect those assault riflies and its when not if.
I'm talking long term storage and oiled is better then dry. Back in the day i cleaned cosmoline from a whole bunch of m-16s. Cosmoline would work if you could be sure of 100% coverage.

The wife and son understand that when they come for them they need to leave the house because I will give them the guns as soon as I finish giving them all the ammunition.Bullwinkle wrote: ↑Sun Aug 25, 2019 7:11 pm Well because when they come to collect those assault riflies and its when not if.

resurrecting a thread here, but good purchase. Arsenal makes the best non-Russian AK there is, and for whatever reason they're sanctioning themselves and not exporting them to the US anymore. I'm a huge fan of the AK. Nothing better from 0-200 yards and will endure more abuse or neglect than anything. Shooting steels with my AK is almost boring, I never miss and it never fails to feed and eject.
