Hey there everyone,
I am a new old member, I used to post under Salcheech. I took a long hiatus from 2015 until now while I got my life in oder. I am glad that this community still exists! Just finished smoking GLP Odyssey in my Sav Orient 111..I hope you all are doing well!

Wow! That is quite a memory Kevin! After some major life changes I am no longer a professional Chef, but now I enjoy cooking at home! I am doing Foundation repair and waterproofing! Thank you for the warm welcome back!
