Brings back fond memories of summer Saturdays when my whole family would go down to Galveston and go crab fishing off of the pier. Turkey necks on the end of a line and a long handled net is all that one needs to catch some dinner. We would come back with a whole, huge duffel bag full of crab and what didn't get eaten with lemon and butter Grandma would cook up in some gumbo with a side of salad topped with crab meat and her home made thousand island dressing.

Just got done with a bowl of Dark Fired Mixture in the Peterson Shannon. Getting up early tomorrow to get some work done before it gets to be a million degrees outside.
