Ok, so [mention]Ruffinogold[/mention]'s gift of Mac Baren Latakia Blend just arrived, and I haven't wasted any time. In the den, feet up, classical music playing...and I've rubbed out four coins...loaded them into this Berenedet's pot. I'm no tobacco reviewer, but man, this stuff is good. 
It's not nearly as potent as I thought it might be...actually quite mild, with an almost incense-like quality to the smoke. Now I'm gonna stop before I start babbling about "earthy, with a faint smokey leatheriness, and just a touch of the mystery of frankincense. It's a transcendent smoke with both feet firmly on the ground." 
(How'd I do?)
