I may have found my next house . Ill hopefully make arrangements to see it this coming week or weekend . Its in Virginia almost on the coast . Only 4 acres but Has a main house [ 2400 sq ft ] , killer detached 3 car garage [ it'd be a workshop ] and two other small houses [ 850 and 950 sq ft ] . Im pretty psyched but we'll see what transpires Monday , when I can talk to the relator

I should be in bed. I woke at 3 AM and made coffee and fired up a bowl of PA in a Grabow Regal pot. I don't know what it is with me lately. I can't seem to sleep but a few hours no matter how tired I am when I lie down.
