Nice! Are you finishing bowls or just popping out for a couple of relights throughout the day?

Just 5 minutes or so at a time. Gets me out of the shop for a few and helps me reset. I don't really get a lunch break. I pick my youngest up from pre-K but that's mostly driving.

Thanks, @Fr_Tom, for the gift of this meer! I've got it loaded with SWR for its maiden voyage.

My package arrived in excellent condition today. I have a bit of work to do before dark, but I will initiate it tonight.
Thank you so much Fr_Tom

Stirling Flake in a MM straight Twain...Lager Heads Kilt Em’ All Scotch ale to the side.
That's great! I happened across a guy on Craiglist selling his grandpa's pipe stuffs and he sold me one in decent condition that turned out to be leaking for $50. I bought a rebuild kit and new filler valve and it runs like a champ now. Plus it's beat up on the outside so I don't mind carrying it everyday. I'm actually obsessed with the sounds of opening, striking the flint and closing - I just pull it out and do it randomly. Anyways, cool lighter - they are works of art9 Iron wrote: ↑Thu Mar 21, 2019 5:15 pmI’ve been called a lot of things but purist was never one of them No, I just wanted one. I first saw these, and Dupont lighters, years ago when I regularly attended meetings of a pipe club. One of the guys there was really into them and I paid attention. I never could justify the coin these go for (OK, I could have, but I didn’t) and then all of a sudden one day a trade just sort of materialized and I went for it. It’s 31 years old and except for one tiny little fleabite it’s absolutely mint. I don’t use it as often as I should because I won’t take it to work and at home I usually smoke on the patio, which has a concrete floor, and I’m afraid of dropping it.
