It's a beautiful morning here! Having some Watch City Slices in the Grand Duke.

I really like the lines on a bent bully.
Definitely on my short list to get one soon!
Overall, it’s my favorite shape with Rhodesians being a close second.

The fine gent @steamboat sent me a nice care package with a few Watch City blends. I can't find fault in any of them. I will be placing an order for more, that's for sure.

MB Golden Extra in the Van Roy. Now it''s back to keeping the jungle beat back. It's a never ending fight.

Working from home today, so I'm coffeed up, breakfasted, and have a pipe on the go. I think I mentioned before how I picked up a tin of Stanwell Vanilla and just couldn't stand the stuff. It was just too...too...syrupy-liquory or something. Cloyingly sweet. So anyway, I'm experimenting with an almost 1:1 blend of that stuff and Low Country Nat VaBur. So far it's palatable, but I think I'll have to increase the ratio to 2:1, heavy on the LCNVaBur.

And I'm doing it all in this Grabow Freehand.
Doing this again.

Gonna definitely be in the dog house tonight, it's my wife's Birthday and I'm gonna be out late with work! Smoking Sutliff's mocha strips in a Kaywoodie 98b.
