D&R makes it. As close as I can tell, P&C is the only place you can get it in pound bags. They had some % off sale and a discount coupon that could be stacked back for pipe smoking day or something. I bought 10 pounds for $18 a pound I think. I am almost done with pound 3 from that order, and I had smoked a couple of pounds before that.
I have a great fondness for perique and DFK in blends.
For me anyway Picayune has the edge on OJK for strength. It has a great flavor to my way of thinking. I am good with it in the morning. In the afternoon on an empty stomach, it give me hiccups and a little queasiness from the nicotine - especially if I smoke a couple of bowls back-to-back. That says a lot. OJK does not do that to me, and it is not a wimpy smoke.
