Irish flake in the 313. Turning into one of my favorite blends. One flake fits perfectly in this pipe. If it wasn’t as strong nic wise, it would be an all day smoke. Fantastic flavor with no bite.

I've never been able to smoke but one small meer enough to get past the muting. I gave it away to a traveling forum con man from Montreal that likes to walk while he smokes.Mr Beardsley wrote: ↑Tue Jan 31, 2023 3:06 pmI find that a blend that shines in a meer continues to shine, no matter how many rounds you put through it. I definately got the muted flavors that i’ve heard about in Meerschaum. I also heard after about 15-20 bowls it goes away. Overall enjoyable smokes. I kept looking at the pipe. I really like it.

Last pipe of the evening . . . Three Sails . . . Kaywoodie Natural Blast Pot . . . Diet Soda.
This pipe arrived last evening . . . removed most of the bowl coating with an Everclear soaked cotton ball . . . beveled the rim . . . dressed up the tenon. I'm pleased overall with the pipe for the minimal investment . . . should be a nice serviceable pipe.
