Exactly! I considered a thunderbird insert but I had bad luck with one years ago and the reviews now seem hit & miss

Exactly! I considered a thunderbird insert but I had bad luck with one years ago and the reviews now seem hit & miss
I have 2 Thunderbirds and 2 of the brand that begin with a Z. I've had one go bad in 10 years.

I came across a fantastic deal on a Thunderbird pipe insert and grabbed it. So far it's fantastic. Light years better than the old one I had with the push button ignition but to be fair I've also learned a lot about using decent butane since the first one

I spoke too soon. Damn thing started leaking somehow and keeps pissing out all the butane :lol: just my luck
