We make them both ways....just skin and skin with fat. I prefer the fat.
We make them mostly for friends and to sell at the market on the weekends.

When you guys say on the stove, do you mean you put the kernals in a pot or skillet? Someone explain this to me. I just learned you can make it in a pot and we’ve done it a few times but maybe i’m missing something
