I love this picture. My four year old goes all over the house creating pipes. Construction paper, play-doh, even a chicken nugget on the end of a french fry at McDonald's. One day he'll set one of the pictures I took of him as his avatar ;)

That's a "softening" effect. I don't know the technical camera term, but the gals in Hollywood use it all the time when they hit 29 years old. Supposedly it makes them look younger. :)
