My English brother-in-law fries them for breakfast. It stinks up the whole house and the ladies complain about the smell all day. I like them straight from the can. They have just the right amount of smoky flavor and the filets' texture is toothsome.

These were FANTASTIC! Everything the label said it had was nestled under the sardines. So good.
Because sometimes the body just wants canned fish.
