Pickled Eggs.
I have been pickling eggs. I like them when they sit in the pickle for three days. They still taste like eggs and the inside still has an egg texture--as opposed to a bar pickled egg out of the gallon jar.

My only experiences with pickled eggs were the kind you found in gallon jars in beer joints in the South. I was never able to drink enough to be able to finish one. I was not aware that there was a palatable version. I do like pickles; I don’t like boiled eggs.
