While I am not sure It's considered a manly gift.. I had to share this Lord of the Rings diorama my daughter made for me. All the dolls are hand made from pipe cleaners, wooden beads, and embroidery thread. Pretty cool!
Left to right: Merry, Pipin, Sam, Frodo(he's even got the ring on his neck!), Gandalf, Boromir, Aragorn, Legolas, and of course Gimli with the big red beard.

I cleaned up this year!

There was some pipe tobacco I like but do not typically buy due to the price point. I got some fancypants coffee. My thoughtful dog got me a box of her favorite dog treats.

TheAlpha Blue Ridge Pipe( made by Mastercraft/Grabow ) I got some time ago ... smoked once , dropped and broke the tenon inside the shank . It's been repaired by slow roll and I popped it out as my Christmas pipe just today ....... along with a large ( 7 oz ) tins of IRC Old Colonial and IRC Bronze !!! Two fabulous blends that i got today , so im super psyched !!!
As far As man stuff , I got a shave soap that's supposed to be super nice and made locally . I also got a new work knife ... a cold steel pro lite . An orange saftey tshirt . Got a Boss stereo for the van and a small under the seat socket set for the van also . Allman Brotherrs CD for the first jam when the stereo gets put in. Of course , regular slinky guitar strings for the Tele

I'm super impressed with the knife . It's very light and a tank

While it's not traditionally "manly" stuff, I'm the cook 'round my house and I got some cool kitchen stuff. A magnetic bamboo knife holder, a mandoline set, and a nice Yaxell tsuchimon kiritsuke knife. The core steel is vg10 with micarta scales that fit my hand better than the straight handles typically found on Japanese knives.

Sometimes low tech is best... although I have a hard time using a fountain pen enough, and it seems I always have a dry cartridge or something/clog, etc., when I go to use them.
