Well you know what they say: "It takes one to know one". I have and Aero-press, pour over rig, Bialetti Moka pot, Presto Perc pot.. I am probably one of the biggest coffee hipsters out there. But Chemex.. come on guys.. next thing you know you will be sucking Yerba-Mate out of a gourd with a metal straw. :lol:
