Well, I’m no lawyer, but this legislation seems aimed at the e-cig business. It also seems to allow online sales to consumers outside the commonwealth. But like I said, I’m no lawyer. I’m sure we will hear from Ernie if the end is near.

I'm sure you guys who have been in the game longer than I have, have already managed to make sense of all the bureaucracy concerning these laws. For what it's worth I ordered from Peretti last month no problems.

That's not cool. I wonder if it has to do with me being in Texas. Texas seems to be pretty lenient with just about everything.
