The light blue wrapper is Blue Raspberry.
I also remember that Tootsie Pops sometimes come in Sour Apple, but that may be because I bought a sour apple Blo-Pop today when I bought my two Tootsie Pops. If I recall correctly, the Apple Tootsie Pop comes in a light green wrapper.
I told a friend of mine today that my project today is to try one of the blue wrappered Tootsie Pops that have recently appeared at Terranova's Market.
He: "You're living the dream life, aren't you?"
Me: "This is what passes as excitement in my life. That and logging on PSF."
My friend doesn't smoke a pipe so he doesn't know half of what he's missing.

Orange is the one I choose when I have the choice. I’m not a fan of tootsie rolls but I will do a tootsie pop. The tutti fruttis by tootsie on the other hand I can kill them by the fistful I used to buy them at the Groveton market for a penny a piece The lady that owned the store would let me grab 2 or 3 extras if I bought a bunch. Counting out a hundred of them bad boys on the counter made you really feel like a high roller. Matter of fact it probably still would.
