OMG YES! It WOULD! When I was a lad, Spam was for po' folks (like us)...and it stood in for real meat at least once a week. (Fried bologna did, too) Sliced up thin, and sizzled up nicely in the pan, then sandwiched between two slices of original B&M brown bread? I'm sayin' that would be awesome! But, I dunno about that pumpkin stuff...
