I'm a keen cook. It took a long time before I learned how to make a good curry (like in a restaurant).
I quickly learned how to make chappaties, I own a special rolling pin for them.
It's tapered at both ends, & fat in the middle. This means you can spin the chappatie as you roll it!

Anyhoo, Felafels have beaten me for so long !
However, by trial & error, & much interwebbing, I now can make them with canned chickpeas!

I used to work at the local church making dinner for the homeless, & alchoholics.
We used to get 70 plus turning up.
A good hot meal, some of the raw stuff donated by the local supermarket, which was kind.
You can make pasta, & potatoes go a long way, with determination.
Because of the area the church was in, it had to be halal.

So tomorrow, felafel sandwiches, with home made pitta breads ! :clap:

Sorry fingal, you have to go to quarantine for ten days on arrival, and it will be gone!

Bye the way it's 10.55mins by British Airways, no stopovers, then check out, and a 45 min drive to me !
