VHShop was the e-tailer that failed twice in shipping me an order earlier this year. Nice folks, but I'll be going elsewhere. I'm fortunate to have a local milliner in Saratoga Springs. But for the TOS I'm going to try a military/parade/uniform e-tailer. I'll keep you posted.
