I’ve used and abused my body for many years. Car wrecks, brick laying, framing, farming, motorcycle crashes, hard work, never ask for help, etc. Doc said little by little it tore and finally just let loose. Funny thing is that I wasn’t picking up much - a desk - maybe 75 pounds. I will say it hurt. Bad.
