I think we [ pipe smokers ] had it better back in the day . I guess its highly probable we can get our hands on more shit these days but shit isnt what its about . Like @Piping Abe referenced being able to walk into wherever smoking . Hell , I remember smoking anywhere ... food shopping , an elevator [ though I actually thought maybe that was a bit much .. it depended on my mood ] and even flying . The freedom of doing what you want trumps having more shit any day in my book
Yeah , it didnt suck smoking Edgeworth Slices or London Dock while at the food store to buy a steak for a buck . I feel for the younger guys . I hope they'll get a better economic shake soon . I apologize for leaving the country in a pussified non smoking state ... I tried but failed .
