I bought these to hang my dad's 1962 Ithaca shotgun on the wall in either my den or living room. Anybody else display firearms in their home?

I had a rack in my old pickup . Its the only thing I miss about a truck since getting the work van . I keep my rifles locked in the Gun cabinet .. ironically , I forgot where I put the key to it the other day

I displayed my shotgun once when there was a questionable character at my door

Is it a 37 ?
I have wanted to get one of their rifled 37s
Someday perhaps
Regardless that would be great display piece
I have a 1895 JM Marlin .45/70 that I have for display
I love the .45/70 but the .458 SOCOM with 600 grain bullets is my replacement so it can represent on the wall proudly

I'd say this was the common method before meth heads and opioid zombies were foisted upon us. I have one similar to yours

Very nice!
My ocd would never allow the upside-down display.
