Stopped eating popcorn when I discovered pork scratchings.
Having said that though, I will buy some salted popcorn if I’m at the pictures.

What are pork scratchings?

A traditional pub snack over here, quite brittle & hard on one’s teeth but delicious with a pint of bitter.

When we butcher a hog we always make pork rinds.
We make them both ways....just skin and skin with fat. I prefer the fat.
We make them mostly for friends and to sell at the market on the weekends.
