Anyone else remember the plan in the early 70’s to cover the ice fields in black plastic to melt the ice since we were plunging into an ice age?

These ideas they come up with are laughable if they weren't serious . Its a delusion of sorts . Every rational person wants things to be nice and no one is against nice ... but these folks are really out to make a tax off it alll and an industry that someone will profit huge from and it will never come to any conclusion . It will be a constant flow of money leaving the producers of the economy going into the hands of a " product " that will never produce anything or end .
Its Orwellian , in that they have created the boogieman scenario

I was reading about the Devonian age the other day. There were only fish and plants, no land animals. That is where coal comes from. With no herbivores, the world was all forest. Nothing ate the plants. They just piled up when they died.
Think about it. It lasted about 30 million years.
I am not freaking out about anything.
