Lavazza is good stuff.
That particular blend is pretty elegant , Id say . Either that or Im not very bougie . I like the Cuban stuff out of Miami , as I grew up on it cause it was everywhere in Miami but the Lavazza is .... elegant in comparison

You are not supposed to pack the grinds. People have this misconception that packing down does something magical on a Moka Pot, it doesn't. You only pack when using a pressurized machine.
